We are so excited to be heading to Palmerston North for Eventing the Future 2024! This vibrant city plays host to a number of big events, with its huge arena, bespoke conference centre, the New Zealand Rugby Museum and other smaller venues.
In 2024, we will be combining the conference with the NZEA New Zealand Event Awards (Awards Gala Dinner will take place on 27 August 2024), allowing guests to come together across two days to network, learn and be inspired.
In 2024, we've added a range of ticket options to suit your topics of interest and your budget. We understand that there are limitations in attending industry events like this, so we wanted to ensure there was something for everyone.
Day one’s agenda is focused on practical tips and tricks for event owners and directors, whereas day two will provide a broader view of the current events industry in New Zealand.
The decision to bring the NZEA New Zealand Events Awards Gala Dinner back with Eventing the Future was also to help alleviate budget constraints for our members.
Whatever you decide, we look forward to welcoming you to Palmerston North later in the year.

The New Zealand Events Association are delighted we could bring this event to the Viaducts Event Centre in Auckland last year.
Since 2001, our award-winning event has been welcoming event professionals from across New Zealand to join us for two day of talks, actionable insights and stories from some of the brightest minds in the event world.
