Welcome to Eventing the Future Conference (ETF)  

Eventing the Future is the National Conference for the Event industry, and the official conference of the New Zealand Association of Event Professionals (NZAEP)


The conference is held annually and generally alternates between South and North Island locations providing an opportunity for different regions to host and promote their events and venues .

Conference Structure & Programme

New Zealand has a reputation as a world class Event DestinationThe conference content reflects current best practice, new initiatives, addresses some of the challenges in a diverse programme which includes dynamic international and national keynote speakers who provide the context, inspiration and global overview while the Australian and NZ speakers provide the more applied tools and case study applications and experiences through breakout sessions. The programme includes workshops, a Event Showcase and an Industry Update session
